100 Days of Gratitude - Day 90 - David Copperfield & Bill Bixby

I'm thankful for David Copperfield and Bill Bixby! Yes, absolutely.

They are the two reasons I wanted to be a magician when I grew up.

The short lived TV Show "The Magician" starring Bill Bixby was the coolest thing I watched when I was a kid and Copperfield on TV was simply amazing in the 80's and 90's as I was becoming a pro. I  think it's time he comes back to TV - I'd love to see it.

I am thrilled to see David getting reimpassioned about magic as it seems lately. He is, in my opinion, the greatest living magician in the world. He's earned that title & it's great to see him enjoying it again.

We saw David Copperfield perform at the MGM Grand in May and he was clearly having a great time performing - and if he wasn't - he was a great actor. It's good to see that passion again.

If you get a chance to see David while he's having fun - do it - I did and it was a great show.

If you're a stage magician - you've been influenced by David, I know I have and I'm grateful for the inspiration.

You can follow David at @d_copperfield on twitter. I do.
